By accessing or using Operations OS, any associated services, or the operationsosai.com website ("Services") provided by Dominate Your Brand LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dominate Your Brand LLC, registered at 30 Gould St Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Operations OS is a proprietary AI-powered operational intelligence platform designed for business automation, strategic analysis, workflow execution, and predictive scaling. The platform consists of three core modules: the Intelligence Module (Strategic Analysis), the Automation Module (24/7 Workflow Execution), and the Growth Module (Predictive Scaling).

The Services are provided on a subscription or one-time access basis as specified at the time of purchase via our authorized payment processor. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change with reasonable notice.

To access certain features of Operations OS, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

All payments for Operations OS are processed through Whop, our authorized payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Whop's terms of service and payment processing policies in addition to these Terms.

All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. In the event of a billing dispute, you must contact us within 30 days of the disputed charge. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services for non-payment.

Enterprise pricing and custom agreements may have separate payment terms as set forth in your individual contract with Dominate Your Brand LLC.

Operations OS, including all underlying technology, algorithms, AI models, frameworks, content, branding, and materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Dominate Your Brand LLC. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on Operations OS or any component thereof without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

The Operations OS name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Dominate Your Brand LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

You agree to use Operations OS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Services to engage in any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations; infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties; transmits unsolicited bulk communications or spam; or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms and to terminate access, report to law enforcement authorities, and pursue all available legal remedies against violators.

Operations OS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dominate Your Brand LLC disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Any reliance on the Services is at your own risk. Results, including financial outcomes and operational improvements, may vary and are not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dominate Your Brand LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dominate Your Brand LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings to take place in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Operations OS at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@operationsosai.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.
